The RepeatDirection property is used to get or set if the items in the
RadioButtonList are displayed vertically or horizontally.

Specifies the layout direction of the items in the
RadioButtonList. Possible values:
- Horizontal - Items are displayed horizontally
- Vertical - Default. Items are displayed vertically
