Browser Support
The axis attribute has no visual effect in ordinary web browsers, but can be used by screen readers.
Definition and Usage
The <th> axis attribute is not supported in HTML5.
The axis attribute is used to categorize header cells.
The axis attribute can be used to group related columns of information.
