Definition and Usage

The <dir> tag defines a directory list.


Differences Between HTML 4.01 and HTML 5

The dir element was deprecated in HTML 4.01.

The dir element is not supported in HTML 5.


Tips and Notes

Tip: Use CSS styles to define the type of list!
